The new year brings new changes to the Mood Swings. One of our long-time trombone players, Sasha, has headed off to college. We will miss her fun attitude and great playing, but wish her all the best as she continues to play great music! Song Spotlight Dean Martin may have made it famous, but we prefer the way Sophia sings the latin classic Sway. Originally written by Mexican bandleader Pablo Beltrán Ruiz, this sultry mambo was translated into English in 1954. Martin's recording reached fifteen on the Billboard charts that year.
